No-exam life insurance

Learn who qualifies, the approval process, and what happens without acceleration.

Today accelerated underwriting is common: within certain age and amount boundaries, carriers approve using application data, medication records, driving background, and other documentation rather than an exam. Same-day decisions are possible. Each quote lists exam requirements for each carrier.

What it changes

Accelerated path skips the medical visit but not underwriting review. Responses get authenticated; policies built on false statements can be challenged for two years. If carrier information generates concerns, additional testing might be requested—you decide whether to proceed.

Who tends to qualify

Typically people younger than 60 seeking amounts within the carrier's accelerated window, with no serious health issues and no tobacco products used recently. Recent lab work from a doctor's visit may substitute for a paramedical exam at some carriers.

If exam required, expect a 20 to 30 minute appointment at your house or workplace in the Dana Point area, provided at no expense. Healthy applicants frequently improve their rate tier, making exams advantageous.
